The acidity of the rhubarb is enhanced by oxalis, the apple blossom refines the fragrance. In the glass, Cuvee 23 appears refreshing and fruity with notes of rhubarb, fine apple and white flowers. On the palate, fresh apple, present rhubarb with distinctive, juicy acidity in the bitter aftertaste. Playfully light on the tongue.
