The Jacquesson Cuvée 747 Extra Brut is based around the 2017 vintage all from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (66%), Avize and Oiry (34%). Around 30% of the grapes come from Vins de Reserve and the finished Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Before bottling the wine was vinified on the lees in oak barrels, to add texture and complexity.
