A bone-dry, elegant Crémant from one of Alsace’s rising stars. Made without dosage, this Brut Nature is all about purity and precision. The blend of Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay is organically grown and hand-harvested, with second fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing for extra texture.

The nose is fresh and lifted, with notes of green apple, white flowers, and crushed chalk. On the palate, it’s crisp and linear, with fine bubbles, bright acidity, and a saline finish. Clean, focused, and effortlessly drinkable – a great alternative to Champagne at a fraction of the price.
