Developing aromatics of honeysuckle, fresh hazelnuts and orange peel. Medium-bodied and lightly oaked with flavours of vanilla and marzipan wrapped around a fruity core of lime, green apple and grapefruit. All rounded off by a long, mouth-wateringly saline finish.

Jean-Marc and Ann-Marie Vincent were influencers long before the advent of social media. With methods in the vineyard that more prestigious wineries are now starting to replicate, they have set the benchmark for Chardonnay in the region. These include high-density planting, raised canopies and the absence of anything resembling a tractor. While this may be one of the smaller wineries in the Cote D’or, it is also one of the most exciting.
