This exceptional Fixin, originating from “Les Champs de Vosger”, the site after which it is named, situated beneath the village, stands out for its delicate sandy soils. Jérôme has carefully tended to the vines, which are over 70 years old and part of the Selection massale. The vineyard’s stewardship is pivotal, adhering to both organic and biodynamic practices.
