The wine starts off well – excellent creamy white mousse, followed by fine bead with excellent persistence. The base wine is straw coloured with a green tinge. Aromas of yeast lees, cashew and nougat with just a hint of sherbet. Creamy palate with distinct toasted lees character followed by a light citrus back palate.
