Sans Falernum is a Caribbean sweet syrup, usually comprised of almond, ginger, cloves, lime, and sometimes vanilla or allspice. This alcoholic syrup was made famous by John D. Taylor on the Island of Barbados in 1890, and is considered far and wide to be one of the truest to flavour Falernums on the market.
