The Josef Chromy 2023 Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied Tasmanian wine with smooth velvety tannins and intense flavours of red fruits.

Created from fruit that has been hand-picked at optimal conditions, then cooled down and allowed to cold soak in order to extract aroma compounds and colour prior to the onset of fermentation. Post fermentation, the wines are pressed to tank and settle before being racked off into French oak barrels, 25% of which are new each year. After an 8 month aging period, the wine is taken out of barrels and the final blend is created.
