Joy2019

Joy 2019 is a lovable, delicious Orange/Rosé wine made by ingenious winemaker Mariano Taberner in Valencia.

This orange/rose wine will blow your mind. Both white varieties of Tardana and Macabeo spent a period of 8 days maceration on the skins which are they were then blended with the fine lees of Bobal (a red variety). The result is a unique deep orange colour with noticeable pink reflections in the glass. The palate is a citrus explosion, along the lines of a grown-up, zesty papaya juice. At 11% its a perfect mid-week tipple.
