Drink of the gods, sacred beverage… The K-Lys cuvée lives up to its name. This great Cahors is a rare and profound cuvée, produced from a single plot planted with 35-year-old Malbec vines on clay-limestone and siderolithic terroir. The work is precise and committed: manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, sulphite-free vinification, and above all, 24 months’ ageing in oak casks. Time does its work and produces an intense, structured wine of great elegance. K-Lys deserves to be decanted generously if you drink it young. But it will gain even more finesse with 3 to 5 years of cellaring.
