“Kiméride” comes from Kimmeridgian, the period of geological formation of this exceptional terroir, whose limestone rocks are strewn with fossils (ammonites, small oysters…). This cuvée is only produced when the vintage is considered to be excellent, and only the oldest vines are used. Notes of exotic fruit, liquorice and minerality make up a delicious bouquet. The palate continues with a burst of vitality before finishing with a touch of fruity sweetness around the finish. Richness, concentration, elegance and intense aromas of ripe fruit characterise this Pouilly-Fumé, which expresses the quintessence ofSauvignonBlanc. Ready to drink, it can easily be kept for up to 10 years.
