Hand harvested from our 100-acre Kit’s Coty vineyard on the Kent Downs, this exceptional 2014 vintage was made with only the very best parcels of fruit. This refined sparkling wine has undergone malolactic fermentation and 13% of the blend is matured in barrel before bottling and being left to age on it’s lees for 9 years. After disgorgement the wine was aged in our cellar for a further 6 months building complexity.
