Sourced from our 100-acre Kit’s Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent, the wines are made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested fruit.

Our Kit’s Coty Coeur de Cuvée is made using the ‘heart of the first pressing’ of Chardonnay grapes to extract the finest juice. We then mature in French oak to create this exceptionally rich and complex sparkling wine. While our Kit’s Coty Blanc de Blancs is an outstanding wine, elegant and well-balanced with notes of fresh apple and buttery pastry.
