The Koch Espadin San Baltazar Guelavila 70cl is produced from a single variety of agarve, Espadin, grown in the San Baltazar Guelavila region of Oaxaca. It can take over 7 years for these special agave plants to reach maturity before harvesting.

Koch El Mezcal was founded by Carlos L. Moreno, the tradition of producing Mezcal began with Carlos’s grandmother Ricarda Mejía how opened a opened inn / mezcalería in the town of El Parián.
