This oil comes from a single family owned farm in Northern Peloponnese, near the ancient city of Korinthos, with cultivation being carried out manually and without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Gentle cold press only and certified Organic & Biodynamic.
It has a beautiful intense limpid golden green colour and is delicately fruity. Its aroma is ample and complex, with hints of fresh mint, basil, rosemary and sage, together with fruity notes of unripe tomato and white apple. Its taste is complex and prolonged, with flavours of lettuce, artichoke and chicory. Its finishing pungent notes are discreet. Ideal for tossing over fresh salads, grilled fish and lightly cooked seafood.
