On the nose toasty and brioche aromas mix with almonds and ripe orchard fruits. The palate is complex and beautifully evolved but with abundance of freshness from a Champagne that has spent 25 years on the lees ageing. There are spices, caramelised notes and citrus with a large emphasis of candied oranges. The long finish is exceptional with honey and toasted notes shining through.
