Pinot Grigio excels in Kurtatsch’s challenging terrain. Their selection is a testament to the steep-slope vineyards of Alto Adige, where the extreme temperature differences between hot days and cool nights are at their maximum. This rigorous climate is what shapes the wine’s aromatic complexity, imbuing it with the fresh, layered notes of white pears, flowers, and bright citrus.
