Aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with streak of minerality

Aromatic and fruity, this has grassy floral notes of elderflowers, chamomile and fresh straw. On the palate, subtle gooseberry, tomato leaf, lemon and lime notes are wrapped in expressive passionfruit overtones. There’s a wet stone minerality along with the typical Sauvignon Blanc acidity and a crisp finish.

Cellaring: Up to 2026

Food Pairing: Ravioli with an herbed tomato sauce, green vegetable Thai curry or a Greek salad.
