Fieuzalblanc is a charming balance between theSauvignon blancandSémillongrape varieties. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, the wine develops to coat the entire palate while offering pleasant aromas of zesty, fruity and floral notes. This Abeille de Fieuzal 2020 has discreet golden yellow highlights. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, lime blossom and camomile are both discreet and intense, with a feeling of maturity. These evolve towards notes of white fruit, such as apple and fresh pineapple, and finish with a hint of vanilla, butter and honey, a characteristic expression of Semillon. The palate is taut, lengthening the presence of this wine, with a fresh acidity on the finish that will go perfectly with seafood.
