The L’Héritière des Pierres cuvée is named after the winemaking couple’s daughter, to whom this great Languedoc wine pays tribute. The wine is a blend ofSyrah ,Grenache , Mourvèdre and Carignan, giving it a beautiful structure, balance and tannins. The plots are surrounded by woods, and the estate has opted fororganicfarming, making this Terrasses de Larzac more authentic and responsible! Harvested by hand,grape varietyby grape variety and plot by plot, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and then vinified separately in stainless steel vats using indigenous yeasts. The wines are always aged separately in oak barrels. This is a wine that will develop its full potential over the years.
