L’Improbable is a different kind of wine, surprising with its light, rosy colour. It is produced using natural winemaking methods, without the addition of sulphur, in old barrels, which gives it a beautiful freshness and great delicacy. On the nose, it reveals a complex blend of red fruits, floral notes, minerals and spices. On the palate, it is an explosion of red fruits, with a soft and full texture, and a beautiful length carried by a slight bitterness that perfectly balances the whole. A fresh, lively and original wine that redefines Malbec with elegance and lightness.
