Laïs2022–DomaineOlivierPithon

A deep, intense wine that has taken the name of Laïs, a Jersey cow in Catalan. The vines grow in clay-limestone soil. The wine is made in concrete vats for 16 months. The nose is expressive with aromas of black fruit and spices. The palate has a lovely full-bodied texture and is soft and silky with melting tannins. This wine will pair perfectly with a grilled red meat.
