Crafted by Jean-François Ganevat in France’s Jura region, this Chardonnay hails from vines planted in 1948. The wine is unfiltered, unfined, and produced without added sulphites, embodying a pure expression of its terroir. Aged for two years, it offers a concentrated and round palate, reminiscent of a Chablis Grand Cru. With an alcohol content of 13.0%, it’s vegan-friendly and poised to age gracefully until 2034.
