This wine comes from Nuovo Quadro, a single vineyard site with chalky mineral soils, at the foot of the Battistina hill. Winemaking takes place at Araldica’s La Battistina winery.

A fine, single estate Gavi di Gavi from a 5 hectare plot on the La Battistina estate �textured and complex whilst retaining bright acidity.

An enticing nose of white peach and pear with hints of fresh lime and gooseberry. Fresh and zesty citrus notes and ripe peachy characters are balanced by crisp acidity and mineral notes �leading to a textural, complex finish.

Serve chilled as an aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes.
