LaBelleColline–2021–LaGrangedel’OncleCharles

La Belle Colline 2021 is a natural white wine produced by Jérôme Francois and Morgane Stoquert from domaine La Grange de l’oncle Charles in Alsace.

A blend of Riesling, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner and Pinot Gris from biodynamically-grown vines planted directly on the plot, on austere limestone terroirs. Harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, then fermentation and ageing in old barrels for 14 months, on the lees. Bottled at the estate in November 2022 after filtration, and 3 gr/hl of sulfur.
