Mister Michel Chapoutier no longer needs any introduction, but it is La Combe Pilate that we would like to introduce to you in this vintage, which has a very lively nose: spicy, peppery and enveloped in small red fruits. When aired, floral nuances complete the ensemble. The palate has a fresh attack, it is delicate and silky. We find these black pepper aromas which come together with morello cherries, giving way to a very tonic finish! A Syrah that goes wonderfully well with world cuisine! A wonderful discovery once again!
