In order to mark 400 years of their family’s presence inSaint-Émilion , the winery decided to honour Nelly Gurchy (founder of Laroze in 1882) and Andrée Gurchy, who took on the winery and ensured its continuation. Without them, the history of the winery would not have been the same… Produced like Château Laroze, Lady Laroze (launched in 2009, the year of its first vintage), is a tribute to these women.
