Another excellent cuvée from Chateau de Caraguilhes! It’s hard to travel to the Languedoc without visiting this fantastic estate! La Font Blanche stands out as a complex white; both mineral due to its terroir, but also full of freshness due to its proximity to the sea with plenty of sunshine. There are notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot. The palate is beautifully fresh, with citrus and floral notes rounding off the tasting. The wine is well-balanced with good length. This is a simply ideal white wine, which goes well both as an aperitif and with the most refined dishes.
