Lagar de Costa is a small family-run estate with vineyards in a unique coastal setting in Galicia. This oak-aged Albariño comes from 45-year-old microparcels in the Salnés Valley, grown using a pergola system that stretches down to the Atlantic Ocean. The cool climate, along with granitic & sandy soils, imparts a distinct mineral character. Oak ageing adds depth of flavour & texture, making this an excellent match for richer seafood dishes.
