La Goutte du Seigneur 2023 is an organic Côtes du Rhône produced by Bernard Duseigneur at Domaine Duseigneur, with a label illustrated by the great Michel Tolmer.

A blended cuvée: 1/3 Grenache Blanc, 1/3 Clairette and 1/3 Vermentino, from 30-year-old vines grown organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvesting and controlled yields, around 30 hecto/ha. Vinification: direct pressing of the three grape varieties together, settling off the lees, nine months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and just a small dose of sulphur to protect the wine.
