We love a vertical case, three examples of the exact same wine from three different vintages. It really allows you to see the effect that climate, conditions and bottle age impart on a wine and this case is no exception. From one of the Yarra’s true gems, the fruit was taken from vines dating back as far as 1976. The result is dense, concentrated wines with an ability to age longer than many other pinots from the Yarra. Have fun debating/arguing with your friends and loved ones about which is the better vintage, that’s what we’ve been doing.
