Light to medium-bodied and uses its thrilling line of acidity (rather like Pinot Noir does) to give the structure around which the wine is formed.

Deep red in colour with a bright purple tinge. Complex aromas of blueberry and blackberry fruits with lavender notes. Intense peppery fruit and spice lingering on the finish, this wine is full of complexity and interest. Its just the wine to chill lightly and drink with pasta or lamb.
