David and Carolyn Brown with their son and daughter, Daniel and Lara, run Padthaway Estate, home of the Eliza Sparkling and Landaire Wines; family owned wines produced from family owned vineyards.

2022 gave us a gloriously vivid and pure Pinot Gris. Aromas and flavours of ripe juicy pear, grapefruit and green apples. The palate is refreshingly crisp with mouth-watering acidity. The wine’s delicate textual vein comes from the small portion that was fermented in barrel.

Drink, lightly chilled on its own or with seafood, chicken dishes and roast pork.
