Domaine Gayda’s Petite Villa is a beautiful red wine made from vines situated at an altitude of 250 metres on a limestone hillside in the commune of La Livinière. This blend ofSyrah , Mourvèdre andGrenachecelebrates the diversity and biodiversity of the terroirs. In the glass, this wine reveals a burlat cherry colour with garnet highlights, heralding a full-bodied, expressive wine. Its aromas of black fruit, spices and peppermint emerge, giving way on the palate to a supple, intense structure offering a pleasant velvetiness and a spicy finish on young but promising tannins. A complex aromatic palette unfolds, combining black fruit, garrigue, cocoa, pink pepper and fresh tobacco, offering a rich, nuanced taste experience. A perfect accompaniment to red meat at its finest.
