100% Malbec from 35-year-old vines, grown biodynamically, this cuvée is certified by Demeter. This is a plot selection at the top of the hills in Cahors appellation, at 350 meters above sea level, on brown clay soils from the Miocene era. Manual harvest and natural vinification. Total destemming, one month of maceration in vats, 9 months of aging in casks, without new oak. Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, without added sulphur.
