The classic aromatic profile of fresh green apple, pomelo, lime blossom and blackcurrant. The palate follows through with a classic Sauvignon Blanc fruit-forward, focused but fresh, with the lightest of touches of noble bitterness and astringency. The whole is served on a magically toned and soft material. A treat to be consumed in one seating. We recommend serving chilled 7c-8c)
