The late grape harvests are made from a blend of different varieties. These include Furmint, whose acidity creates the perfect balance with the sweetness, while Hárslevel? adds sweetness and a silky texture. Kövérsz?l? and Zéta add fruitiness and vigour to the wine. Not forgetting the golden Sárga Muskotály, which refines the final bouquet. For this wine, at least half the berries are Aszú noble grapes, i.e. where noble rot has reached a high level. Floral tones predominate, mixed with citrus fruit. The bouquet is elegant and fine, the palate rich and persistent. The fine acidity and gentle fruity character form a perfect balance. Oremus is the symbol of the reward of time, experience and knowledge in the art of wine.
