LaTranchée–2023–Yoyo

La Tranchée 2023 is a natural red wine produced by Laurence Manya Krief from Domaine YOYO. Grenache Noir and Syrah, from 30-year-old vines grown organically.

A new blend from the 2023 vintage: 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Syrah, from 30-year-old vines grown organically and planted on a parcel of black shale soils, facing South, horse ploughed. Manual harvest and low yields. Vinification in whole bunches, carbonic maceration for 12 days, 6 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, just a tiny pinch of sulphur (1gr/hl) added before bottling.
