Laurent Miquel and his Irish wife, Neasa, are the current custodians of the land, marrying over 200 years of tradition with a rebellious, innovative approach to winemaking. This Chardonnay/Viognier blend is unoaked to allow the primary fruit flavours shine. Characterised by zesty citrus and white peach fruit flavours, it has a refreshing acidity and textured palate from extended lees ageing.
