This cuvée comes from new plots on the Bouscassé hill. The young vines are planted on a virgin clay-limestone terroir that has not been used for over 50 years. Two Pyrenean grape varieties, Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng are highlighted. The attack is fresh, supported by a beautiful tension while keeping volume and roundness. Aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers. The finish is long and elegant. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to the gastronomy of theSouth-West , as well as to fish, seafood, foie gras or risotto.
