Clos Centeilles pays tribute to the forgotten grape varieties of theLanguedocregion with this unique cuvée. The Morrastel noir à jus blanc, Riveyrenc noir, Verdal, Œillade noire and Picpoul noir grape varieties make up the blend of this Minervois, names that we are not used to hearing. The winemakers spent years identifying these unknown grape varieties and conducting trials to reveal an authentic cuvée that recreates a “deeply Languedocâ€?wine. On tasting, it is very pure and juicy with beautiful tension and lots of minerality.
