Developed for 5 years on lees after being aged for 9 months in oak barrels, this champagne is ready to enjoy straight away.

The House prides itself on its organic and biodynamic techniques in both the vineyard and the winery which is strikingly modern in style and has a monastic ambience set in the heart of Epernay. The chalk cellars hold the House’s precious bottles, 35m below the surface where they age for many years and develop the characteristics that are so evident in the resulting wines.
