This is a cuvée that lives up to its name! Behind an intense and very fragrant nose, there are aromas of white-fleshed fruits with particularly recognisable iodine notes. The full-bodied palate has a frank attack that reveals itself through great liveliness. The whole is very well balanced, and the finish offers beautiful tension in addition to a very pleasant minerality. It’s excellent!
