Le Faîte Blanc 2022, an icon of the Saint Mont AOC, seduces with its pale yellow colour with silvery highlights and its nose combining fresh citrus fruits, acacia flowers and a hint of spice. On the palate, it displays generous richness, good length and elegant complexity, awakened by a fresh and delicate finish. Produced from the best terroirs – limestone clay, variegated clay and fawn-coloured sand – and the indigenous Arrufiac, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu grape varieties, it is aged on fine lees to reveal its finesse and ageing potential. Its wooden label pays homage to the traditions of the winegrowers of yesteryear. Perfect with grilled fish, poultry or mild cheeses, it should be served chilled at 10-12°C for exceptional moments.
