A great bottle from an essentialLanguedocestate! This is one of the finest cuvées in the appellation, with an incredible vintage and an extremely interesting blend! The vinification process is typical of Rivesaltes, retaining some of the natural sweetness of the fruit. The wine is matured in casks, demi-muids and barrels. They continue a slow maturation process that lasts more than fifty years. This entire winemaking process creates an exceptional, unique wine. On the nose, there are aromas of black fruit and gingerbread. On the palate, it is very long, frank on the attack, balanced, powerful and suave.
