Le Maximus de la Pascole is a natural red wine produced with Bruno Duchêne’s Grenache and Nicolas Carmarans’ Fer Servadou. A 2024 vintage magnum.

A cuvée created with Nicolas Carmarans. A blend of Bruno’s Grenache and Nicolas’s Fer Servadou. Vinification: the two juices were blended in December in two barrels. Maturation in these two barrels until June. Bottled in Magnums only. No sulphur added and production of 150 magnums for each winemaker.
