Our journey then takes us across to Burgundy for a juicy white Burgundy. The weather becomes warmer, with the wines becoming fuller-bodied and packed full of complex fruit flavours as we go to Bordeaux for a red and then to the Rhone for a classic Cotes du Rhone.
