Le Ptit Fausset Cidre Bouche Brut is a crisp, sparkling traditional Breton cider. Pure apple fruit with a delicious sparkle.

This pure juice cider obtained exclusively from cider apples from the Brittany region is the result of ancestral working methods guaranteeing quality. Harvested by hand, the local varieties used are called Marine Auffret, Doux et riche, Rouget, Doux Oignon, Marie Ménard, Dous Moën. It is in the marriage of their characters that the P’tit Fausset finds its roots. The sorted and washed fruits are crushed then pressed, the juice then enters a long fermentation stage where it develops a range of fine and delicate aromas.

Its fruity aromas, its slight bitterness balanced by a touch of acidity make it a vintage cider worthy of its terroir.

Located in the Landes du Mené, the BARBÉ cider house, fourteen times medalist at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris since 1974, is an ambassador of Breton terroir with recognized know-how.
