It is your textbook Loire Valley Cab Franc and you can expect a very ripe fruit expression accompanied by a touch of green notes and welcomed spice. It gives the best of both worlds; power and concentration along with a degree of lightness and drinkability. This is a wine that requires twenty minutes to open and continues to evolve over hours and days, delivering extra layers of aroma and a wonderfully silky mouthfeel.

Decanting is encouraged where possible, can be served ever so lightly chilled (5-10 minutes in the fridge). Excellent pair with grilled meats seasoned with only salt and blank pepper.
