Les Acacias 2023 is a natural wine produced by Fabien Jouves at Mas Del Périé. 100% Malbec. Probably the best compromise between fruit and structure

100% Malbec from 40-year-old vines on average, farmed biodynamically (Demeter certified) and planted at 350 meters on the high-altitude slopes of Cahors. Soils are rich in iron-laced limestone and river deposits from the Massif Central. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: total destemming, 30 days of maceration in concrete tanks, and 18 months of aging in large foudres. Bottled at the Domaine without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
